Borrowers trust you with sensitive details. Here is how LendSnap protects them.
- Social Security numbers are never stored
- When an agent requests credit, the visitor types the number into a separate secure form served from our own site inside the chat window. It is encrypted on its way to the agent, shown masked, cleared from the agent’s screen after ten minutes, and never written to a database or a log.
- Encrypted everywhere
- Every page, API call and chat connection uses HTTPS or secure WebSockets. Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes.
- Your data stays in the United States
- LendSnap runs on servers in US data centers, with files such as profile photos kept in Cloudflare R2 storage.
- Only your sites can run your widget
- Each account lists the websites allowed to load its chat widget. Connections from anywhere else are refused.
- Access by role
- Admins manage the account; agents see their own chats and leads. Every account’s data is kept separate from every other account’s.
- No third-party trackers
- Our pages and the chat widget load no advertising or analytics trackers. The widget adds nothing to your website besides itself.
